General Terms and Conditions

Price and Payment

Unless otherwise stated, prices on this web site are in EURO. Price includes transmission to the e-mail address specified in our order confirmation. The client will be charged for transmission costs attendant to transfer to the bank account specified in our order confirmation, such as wiring fees and any charges for international transfer operations. This will be specified in the respective invoice. If paying through a client account, please note that the currency is in EURO and we are not responsible for your bank’s charges for international transfer operations. Failure to pay any invoice in accordance with the foregoing terms or other terms specified in the contract shall entitle us to suspend further work both on the same order and on any other order from you without prejudice to any other right we may have. We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue accounts 30 days from delivery. A late charge of 2.5% per month, or any part thereof, will be added for any amounts not paid when due. Accuracy, LLC may at any time suspend its services if payments are overdue.

Refunds

Refunds will be given at the discretion of the company management.

Delivery

You are responsible for correctly entering details of the delivery address.

The dates for delivery of the goods or the dates for carrying out the services are approximate only and, unless otherwise expressly stated, time is not of the essence for delivery or performance and no delay shall entitle you to reject any delivery or performance or to repudiate the contract. We will not be liable in any circumstances for the consequences of any delay in delivery or performance or failure to deliver or perform, if the duration of the delay is not substantial or if the delay or failure is due to late delivery or performance or non-delivery or non-performance by suppliers or subcontractors, force majeure or any other cause whatsoever beyond our control or of an unexpected or exceptional nature. Posting or delivery to a carrier (including, but not restricted to, e-mail) for the purpose of transmission to you shall, for the purposes of the contract, constitute delivery to you. Risk in the goods shall pass to you on delivery.

Our Responsibility and Liability

The services shall be carried out using reasonable skill and care in accordance with the standards of the industry. We shall use all reasonable skill and care in selecting translators, interpreters, proofreaders and other personnel used to produce the goods or perform the services. The services shall be fit for the purpose made known to us by you in writing. No terms, conditions or warranties, whether express or implied, about the quality or fitness for purpose shall be incorporated unless expressly set out in this contract. We shall incur no liability to you for innocent or negligent misrepresentation by virtue of any statement made by or on behalf of us prior to the contract, whether orally or in writing, and you shall not be entitled to rescind the contract on the grounds of any such misrepresentation. Save with respect to death or personal injury resulting from our negligence, our liability to you in respect of the provision of the goods and/or the services shall be limited as follows: i) we shall not be liable for loss of profits, business, contracts, revenue, damage to your reputation or goodwill, anticipated savings, and or any other indirect or consequential loss or damage whatsoever; ii) our entire liability to you in respect of the services shall be limited to damages; and our entire liability to you in respect of the services for damages shall not exceed the price payable to us by you under the contract.

Accuracy does not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others. Any information you give us is held with the utmost care and security. We may use your personal information to contact you. For example, we may respond to your comments or requests for information; or we may contact you, if needed, in the course of processing or shipping your order for products or services offered through our websites. We occasionally send visitors emails describing new services, promotions or events. These mailings are optional and you may request to opt-out of them completely at any time.
